Happy Easter!

So, Friday morning I got up and was a bit cranky and rushed until I arrived at work. That is when I discovered that Vickie had hidden Easter Eggs on everyone's desks. I even found the "golden egg" and won a huge chocolate bunny. It made my day great! I am so glad Vickie did this for everyone.

Friday I worked through lunch so that I could leave work at 4 o'clock. When I left work, I ran home, finished packing, loaded the dog in the car and headed back to Tuscom. I was at David's work at 5. I could not believe I had done all of this so fast!

David and I headed to Gulf Shores to see his family. We stopped in Thomasville to leave Daisy with "Granny and Grandaddy". Daisy loves to stay with Mom and Harry. They spoil her so much. I love being able to leave Daisy with them because they really do love her!

We got to David's parents house a little before 10. We really made good time!

Saturday, Daniela, Heidi and I dyed eggs. It was so much fun. I think I enjoyed it the most. Since I don't have kids I don't get to do this kind of stuff!

Daniela, Heidi, and I then went to what they call the mall to go shopping. (In my family, we call the mall the "outlets".) Then David and Wayde met us at the Mellow Mushroom for lunch.

When we got back to David's parents, David changed the breaklight in the car. He is such an handy person. I love him!

Then while Heidi was napping, we all stole her eggs and hunted them. It was so much fun, but it took Daniela and I a whole hour to find 12 eggs. David and Wayde hid them. (Never again!)

Sunday, David and I got up and went to church with his parents. We love getting to go to his church when we can. Pastor Frank is a great and we love getting to hear him preach. Wayed and Daniela were also in a play that morning, so we got to see them. They did a great job. Daniela played a great old woman!

We left after church, and stopped by Dad's and had lunch with Dad and Tami. Tyler and Cousin Seth even stopped in to see us before they went to fish.

Then we picked Daisy up from Mom's. Daisy said she had lots of fun, but as always, she was ready to head home with us!

Here are some pictures from this weekend!

I love your Easter basket, and I'm glad to see that other people believe in the functionality of the clothesline. Anna Beth calls it my outside dryer. Glad your back in the blog world.

I am a fan of the basket also!!!
I wish that I could have a close line, I am not sure that it is bylaws of the neighborhood. Ummm...fresh sheets!

I wish I could find a clothes line to put up. But I am a little concerned that birds would poop on my clothes.
